Request data deletion
01 Your data, on your device — delete it yourself
You're in control of your data. Most of what Offload tracks never leaves your device, so you can delete it yourself, instantly:
- Delete any item directly in the app.
- Erase everything at once with Settings → Erase all Offload data.
- Uninstall the app to remove all local data from your device.
- If you turned on Encrypted Backup, switch it off and delete the backup to remove the encrypted copy from your own Google Drive. (It was only ever readable by you.)
02 Data held by our service providers
For the limited data held by our service providers — only what you actively sent:
- Feedback you submitted (stored via Supabase),
- Anonymous crash reports (Sentry), and
- Purchase records (handled by the App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat).
Email privacy@offloadpax.app and we will delete it, normally within 30 days. Include enough detail for us to find it — for example, the approximate date you sent feedback. We never receive your documents, IDs, or scans — those stay on your device, so there is nothing on our side to delete.
